1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pk376", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pk376 online gaming platform, its operators, and any affiliated entities responsible for the operation and management of the platform accessible at pk376.net.
• "Platform" means the pk376 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services, games, betting markets, features, and tools available to registered users.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or a visitor browsing the Platform without a registered account.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the pk376 Platform following successful completion of the registration and identity verification process.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all transactions on the pk376 Platform are denominated and processed.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's account by pk376.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as real funds.
• "CNIC" means Computerised National Identity Card issued by NADRA, Pakistan's national identity authority, used as the primary identity verification document for pk376 account registration.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk376. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the pk376 Platform, you irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the pk376 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Users of the pk376 Platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any individual accessing the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction in which the Platform is accessible.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the pk376 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk376 operates a strict 21+ policy and applies mandatory age verification to all new account registrations. Provision of false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be an existing account holder who has been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the pk376 Platform.
• You must not be accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your participation in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of pk376, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from pk376's compliance team.

pk376 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by pk376 may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

4 Account Registration

Each individual User is permitted to hold one registered account on the pk376 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the immediate termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your pk376 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You further agree to promptly update your account information in the event of any changes to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.

• Account registration requires the provision of a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and CNIC details for identity verification purposes.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pk376 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Any activity conducted on the pk376 Platform using your account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you personally, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.
• You must notify pk376 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your account security. Notification should be directed to support@pk376.net.
• pk376 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such a decision.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pk376 Platform are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk376 does not apply currency conversion charges to PKR transactions. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pk376 account balance within approximately 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• Deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are credited within 15 to 60 minutes, subject to standard interbank processing times.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by pk376 in the order in which they are received. Mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically completed within 15 to 45 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are completed within 1 to 6 hours.
• pk376 does not charge fees on any withdrawal method. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which pk376 accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the pk376 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• pk376 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion, particularly for withdrawals above specified threshold amounts.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed within the pk376 account cashier at the time of transaction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pk376 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered users only, subject to a minimum qualifying deposit as specified in the promotion. Each eligible User may claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions.
• pk376 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to a User's account at the time of cancellation will be subject to the terms that applied at the time of crediting.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in account termination.
• Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements have been met, pk376 reserves the right to deduct any outstanding Bonus Funds and associated winnings from the withdrawal amount.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the pk376 Platform. Additional sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

• All bets and wagers placed on the pk376 Platform are final once confirmed. pk376 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the circumstances expressly provided for in the applicable game or sport rules.
• pk376 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all applicable casino games. The certification is conducted by accredited third-party testing laboratories as a condition of the Platform's international gaming licence.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome or recording of a bet or game round, pk376's internal records shall be the sole authoritative reference for resolving any dispute.
• pk376 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event with incorrectly quoted odds, or placed in circumstances that constitute a clear error by either the User or the Platform.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL and international fixtures involving Pakistan, are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform. In-play betting odds are subject to change without notice.
• Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and are displayed within the relevant betting market. pk376 is not obligated to honour payouts in excess of the stated maximum, regardless of the size of the winning bet.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk376 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of your account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform.
• Creating or operating multiple pk376 accounts, whether under your own identity or under any assumed or third-party identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit any feature of the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinating betting activity on the same event or live casino table to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any error, malfunction, bug, or technical vulnerability in the Platform's software, games, or pricing systems.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the pk376 Platform.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to mask, alter, or misrepresent your true geographic location or identity.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions on deposits made to your pk376 account without the prior written consent of pk376.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on the pk376 Platform, including but not limited to the pk376 brand name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of pk376 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in strict accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pk376 content without the prior written consent of pk376.

Any unauthorised use of pk376's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action. Third-party game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game developers and studios.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk376 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pk376 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from any technical failure, interruption of service, or system downtime on the Platform.
• Losses arising from any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or statistical data displayed on the Platform.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, content, or advice published on the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, business, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether or not pk376 had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude pk376's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

pk376 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the Platform, including data provided during registration, identity verification, and financial transactions. The collection and processing of such data is governed by the pk376 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation.

By registering on the pk376 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting pk376's support team. All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection standards and is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption.

12 Responsible Gaming

pk376 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and never a source of financial or personal hardship. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pk376 Users from their account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits to control your spending. Changes to deposit limits take effect immediately when reducing and after a 24-hour cooling period when increasing.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations to manage the amount of time you spend gaming on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pk376 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic reminders of how long you have been actively gaming in the current session.

13 Amendments

pk376 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, pk376 may (but is not obligated to) notify registered Users via email or on-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the pk376 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting pk376 support. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk376's operating entity is incorporated, as specified in the Platform's licensing documentation.

In the event of any dispute between a User and pk376 that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process, such dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body as specified in pk376's licensing framework. Users agree to exhaust pk376's internal dispute resolution process before initiating any external legal proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
